Graduating with Honours in 2004 in Biochemistry, I soon joined a Petrochemical Analysis Firm where my attention to detail and the development of systems and processes were quickly picked up on and laid the foundation for my path into both Quality and Health & Safety.

During my time at a global laboratory analysis company, I oversaw the development and management of our externally accredited QHSE management systems to international standards (ISO 17025, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) and experienced first-hand how powerful well-coordinated safety strategies and systems can be within the workplace, especially when managing our COVID response and other emergency scenarios.

This experience ignited in me a passion for helping companies overcome their H&S problems and concerns in the ever growing 'where there's a blame, there's a claim' culture.
